What is it?
Quantum hypnosis is a unique, progressive, and holistic branch of hypnosis that was developed in the second half of the 20th century by well-known US-American regression pioneers such as Brian Weiss, Michael Newton (1931-2016), and especially Dolores Cannon (1931-2014). It enables human beings to immerse themselves in past lives or other experiences of their Soul and tune into higher dimensions and thus into their own Superconscious/Higher Self. Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) is probably the best-known modality of this kind.
How Long Does a QHHT® Session Last?
A Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) session is an extensive and immersive experience that takes at least 4-5 hours, maybe more, and each session is unique. This duration is necessary to ensure a comprehensive and unhurried process, allowing for a deep exploration of your subconscious mind or inner higher self. I recommend clearing your session day to avoid stress due to time pressure and allow space for integration after the session.
Will I remember my QHHT Session?
The answer is that many clients do indeed remember their QHHT® sessions. The degree of recall can vary from person to person and may depend on the depth of the trance state achieved during the session. Some individuals have vivid memories of the entire experience, while others may recall it as one might remember a dream—clear in some parts and hazy in others.
I will audio-record the process to ensure you can revisit your session’s insights and messages. I will email them to you the day after. Each person and session is unique. This recording is invaluable as it allows you to listen to your session afterwards, which can help reinforce the emotional healing and insights gained and trigger additional memories of the experience. Repeated listening can be a powerful tool in your ongoing healing journey, as specific details and nuances may become more apparent over time.
Do I need to believe in past lives to benefit from QHHT® ?
The simple answer is no. Belief in past lives is not a prerequisite for benefiting from a QHHT® session. However, an openness to the experience and a willingness to be shown whatever may be necessary for your healing journey are essential. This technique works all over the planet with people of different cultures, religions, and philosophies. A quantum hypnosis session activates universal aspects of the soul inherent in every human being.
The effectiveness of QHHT® does not hinge on a belief in reincarnation or past lives. Instead, it relies on your openness to the experience and willingness to engage with whatever arises during the session. Can anyone be hypnotised?
Quantum hypnosis has the potential to help any mentally healthy person establish direct access to their Inner/Higher Self. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation that explicitly refers to reaching the alpha and theta brainwave states.
Alpha brainwaves (8-13 Hz) are present during light relaxation. When you close your eyes, your brain switches to alpha brainwave. That’s how easy it is!
Theta brainwaves (4-7 Hz) occur during deep relaxation, such as deep meditation stages, while driving and after 60 seconds of watching TV. These are the states targeted in QHHT® to access the subconscious mind.
The effect of hypnosis depends significantly on the client’s willingness and ability to temporarily suspend their analytical and critical thinking to surrender themselves to the process. For some, this comes easily, naturally. Others need a bit of training first.
Can I bring someone to the session?
No. Quantum hypnosis is a highly private and intimate therapy that is done one-on-one only. The presence of another person nearby—especially someone you are close to—has an energetic influence on the session and can distort the flow of information. However, someone may accompany you to the doorstep and pick you up afterwards.
How much does a session cost?
In quantum healing, we do not charge per hour but per session. If your questions still need to be answered, I will automatically give you another appointment. It is scarce; only 2% of the clients, mostly left-brained oriented, cannot relax during the session to let information flow.

What if I don’t have the financial resources to afford a QHHT® session?

What happens in case of cancellation?
If you unexpectedly cannot attend your appointment (e.g., due to sudden illness or an emergency), we will simply find the next available replacement slot. The already transferred amount will remain valid for this first rescheduling. Please note that the 50% is not refundable in case of cancellation on your part.
Due to the necessary preparations, filling cancelled appointments on short notice is impossible so a second rescheduling would require a new transfer. Should I unexpectedly be unable to facilitate a session (e.g., due to sudden illness or an emergency), you can reschedule to the next available replacement slot or receive a full refund of your paid amount.
How many sessions do I need?
One session is usually enough. Each session delivers precisely what the client is ready for at that specific time. Some might require a second go to reach their goals, but this is rare (2%). Others return years later with a completely new list of questions, ready to embark on another adventure, which is exciting for me and something I appreciate very much. Therefore, the rate for a returning client’s session is reduced.
Can it be done remotely?
While remote sessions might seem convenient, they simply cannot replicate the conditions necessary for a genuine QHHT® experience. Therefore, to maintain the session’s integrity, quality and effectiveness, practitioners and clients must commit to the in-person process.
Do you guarantee healing? Didn’t Dolores heal all her clients?
No. No guarantees of any kind can be given. All healing occurring is SELF-healing. I am merely a guide and facilitator to help you manifest your OWN healing. All answers and all health lie within YOU. Dolores Cannon created a marvellous method, but not every person magically healed after having a session with her. Results are entirely individual. The more convinced you are of your potential, the more significant the change you will experience.
